Class Tuition Refund Policy
At Bee The Beat, LLC, we’re excited to provide a range of certification courses designed just for you! We know how important these courses are, and we appreciate your commitment, which involves classroom space, materials, and instructor resources. If you ever need to cancel a course you’ve signed up for, please reach out to us as soon as you can. We’d be thrilled to open your seat for another eager student, and we’ll make sure you receive a suitable refund. Plus, if it suits you better, we’re more than happy to transfer your registration to the next available date with no extra cost involved!
At Bee The Beat CPR, LLC, we want to make sure you feel supported! If, for any reason, you’re unable to attend a course you’ve registered for and have paid, we’ve outlined some friendly guidelines regarding tuition refunds to help you through the process.
Full Refund:
If students need to cancel their class with Bee The Beat CPR, LLC, just let us know via email or phone call by the class time, and you’ll receive a full refund of all payments made—just a small processing fee may apply. We’ll make sure to process your refund within thirty (30) calendar days after we get your cancellation notice. Thanks for understanding!
NO Show / No Notification= No Refund:
We understand that life can get busy! However, if students miss their scheduled class without letting Bee The Beat CPR, LLC know by the end of the class, they will forfeit the tuition for that course. Unfortunately, we won’t be able to offer refunds for instances of No Show / No Notification.
* Emergency Situations:
At Bee The Beat CPR, LLC, we understand that emergencies can come up unexpectedly and we’ll do our best to support you. If you find yourself in a situation where you can’t make it to your scheduled class, we encourage you to reach out to ERTSS as soon as possible to discuss your circumstances—we’re here to help!
